1What this agreement is about

These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SweepAdmin ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), the operator of sweepadmin.com and its associated services.

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the SweepAdmin web application, including all features, tools, analytics, billing systems, account management functions, authenticator codes, data storage integrations, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

SweepAdmin is a cloud-based billing, analytics, and operations management platform for gaming venue businesses, including gaming arcades, gaming lounges, esports cafes, and similar points-based gaming operations. It lets operators manage company profiles, employee and cashier accounts, billing records, inventory, cash flow, authenticator codes, and real-time analytics.

If you use SweepAdmin on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. References to "you" then apply to both you and the organization.

2Acceptance of the agreement

SweepAdmin does not show a checkbox, pop-up, or "I Accept" button. Signing up with your Google account, or signing in afterwards, is your legally binding acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. This is a standard and legally recognized form of assent used by digital and SaaS platforms.

By accepting this Agreement, you also confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• If you act on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind it.

We encourage you to save or print a copy of these Terms. The current version is always available at sweepadmin.com/terms. If you have questions before signing up, please contact us first.

3Description of the Service

SweepAdmin is a subscription-based, cloud-hosted business management platform for gaming venues. The Service includes:

• Companies: multiple company profiles under one owner account, with assigned games, rates, usernames, fees, bonuses, and credit balances.
• Billing: a live bill panel, Bulk Sheets for entering many bills in a spreadsheet-style grid, bill history, payment status, and printable invoices.
• Master Inventory: game stock tracking with ordered points and an account-level hierarchy (Agent, Supermaster, Master, Distributor, Subdistributor, Store, and Player).
• Cashiers: employee and cashier accounts with shift tracking, salary calculation, and per-cashier permissions.
• Cash flow and analytics: payment methods, expenses, shareholder distributions, revenue trends, and profit and loss summaries.
• Authenticator Codes: storage of two-factor authentication (TOTP) setup keys for your game accounts and display of their current sign-in codes (see Section 10).
• Tools: a Quick Calculator, CSV reports, data import and export, optional Google Drive backup and restore, a Data Edit Log, an optional Action PIN, and customizable ordering of menu buttons and authenticator cards.
• Access: use in a web browser or installed as an app (progressive web app) on supported devices.

SweepAdmin may modify, add, remove, or restructure any feature of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, as described in Section 23.

4Sign-up obligations

When you sign up for SweepAdmin with your Google account, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your business.
• You will keep your account credentials and authentication tokens secure and confidential.
• You will not share your account access with unauthorized individuals.
• You will promptly tell us about any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
• You will not register multiple accounts to get around restrictions or bans on a previous account.
• All activity under your account will comply with this Agreement and applicable law.

SweepAdmin uses Google OAuth for sign-in. We never receive or store your Google password or other Google credentials. We receive only a secure authentication token and the basic profile information Google provides with your consent (name, email address, and profile photo), which we use to identify your account.

We may reject any registration, or suspend or remove any account, at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect misuse, false information, or a violation of this Agreement.

5Restrictions on use

You may use SweepAdmin only for its intended purpose as a gaming venue management, billing, and analytics platform. The following are prohibited.

Unauthorized access and system integrity

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, its databases, or other users' accounts.
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features, authentication, permissions, or access controls.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, scraper, or crawler to access the Service without our written authorization.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform.
• Introducing viruses, malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
• Conducting penetration testing or security research without our written authorization.

Misuse of the platform

• Using the Service for anything other than legitimate gaming venue management, billing, and analytics.
• Creating false or fabricated billing records for fraud, tax evasion, or any dishonest scheme.
• Accessing, altering, deleting, or tampering with another user's or organization's data.
• Storing authenticator setup keys for accounts you do not own or are not authorized to control.
• Sublicensing, reselling, renting, or commercially exploiting the Service without our written consent.
• Removing or obscuring any copyright or proprietary notices within the Service.
• Overloading or disrupting the Service through denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without refund, legal action, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

6Spam and illegal activity

You agree not to use SweepAdmin or any channel associated with it to:

• Send unsolicited communications, spam, phishing messages, or promotional material.
• Violate anti-spam, telecommunications, or electronic communications laws.
• Do anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive under any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Engage in money laundering, financial manipulation, or activity that violates anti-corruption or anti-bribery laws.
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, defame, or otherwise harm any user, employee, or representative of SweepAdmin.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Upload, store, or transmit content that is hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
• Use the Service in a way that creates civil or criminal liability for SweepAdmin or any third party.

Any such activity is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination, reporting to law enforcement, and legal proceedings.

7Third-party services

SweepAdmin relies on the following third-party services. By using SweepAdmin, you acknowledge their terms of service and privacy policies to the extent they apply to your use.

Features such as QR code scanning use your device's camera through your browser, only after you allow it. Camera access is controlled by your browser and device settings.

We may add other third-party services in the future without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after they are added means you accept the relevant third-party terms. We will reflect significant integrations in this document.

SweepAdmin is not responsible for the availability, reliability, data practices, or conduct of third-party services, and is not liable for their failures, outages, or policy changes that affect the Service.

8Fees and payment

SweepAdmin is a subscription service. Access requires payment of the applicable subscription fee. Plans are available for different durations. There is no automatic renewal: your subscription is not renewed without a new payment from you.

Accepted payment methods

SweepAdmin currently accepts cryptocurrency payments only. We do not process card or bank payments on the website. After sign-up, the pending activation page shows your account status and the wallet addresses to pay to.

Payment identification. Please include your registered email address in the transaction's remark or memo field so we can match the payment to your account. If your wallet or network does not support remarks or memos, contact us directly using the details on the pending activation page.

Your fees. Network fees, transaction fees, gas fees, taxes, and any other charges beyond the subscription price are your responsibility. The full subscription amount must reach our wallet after all charges are deducted.

Taxes. If GST, VAT, sales tax, or a similar tax applies to your subscription under any law, we will invoice you for it and you agree to pay it in addition to the subscription fee.

Refunds. All payments are non-refundable unless SweepAdmin decides otherwise at its sole discretion. Please review the subscription terms before paying.

Future payment methods. Other payment methods may be added or removed in the future, with or without prior notice. Changes will be shown on the platform.

Free trial

SweepAdmin does not offer a standard free trial. Trial access is granted only during special campaigns or on individual request through our contact channels. Trial terms and duration are given at the time of the offer, and we may refuse, change, or end any trial at any time.

9Owner accounts, cashiers, and permissions

The account you register and pay for becomes the owner (administrator) account for your organization. It sits at the top of your organization's hierarchy and has the broadest access to the Service.

As the owner, you can configure the Service for your organization and manage cashier and employee accounts. You decide which features each cashier can use through per-cashier permissions, including analytics, profit and loss visibility, reports, and authenticator codes. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your organization's account credentials and sign-in methods secure.
• Choosing trustworthy people as cashiers and giving each one only the permissions they need.
• Removing a cashier's access promptly when it is no longer needed.
• Making sure all activity under your organization's account complies with this Agreement and applicable law.
• Making sure your organization does not lose control of the owner account.

Data Edit Log. SweepAdmin records certain changes made by cashiers and changes to authenticators in a Data Edit Log that the owner can review. Entries are kept for a limited time (currently 3 days) and are a convenience, not a complete or permanent audit trail.

Action PIN. You can set an optional Action PIN that is required before destructive actions such as deleting all data, clearing bills by date range, or replacing or removing an authenticator key. The PIN is a safeguard against mistakes within your own organization; it does not replace keeping your account secure.

SweepAdmin provides the tools; how your organization uses and manages them is your responsibility. You agree not to hold SweepAdmin liable for actions it takes in good faith based on instructions or information provided by your account or anyone acting under it.

10Authenticator Codes

Authenticator Codes lets you store the two-factor authentication (TOTP) setup key for a game account and see the current 6-digit sign-in code for it inside SweepAdmin. Each authenticator belongs to one game username in your organization.

Your responsibilities

• Authorization. Only add setup keys for game accounts that you own or are authorized to control. You are responsible for following the terms of each game platform, including any rules about sharing accounts or 2FA codes.
• Who can see codes. Only the owner can add, edit, replace, or remove authenticators. Cashiers can view and copy codes only if you turn on their Authenticator Codes permission. Anyone you give this permission to can sign in to those game accounts, so grant it carefully.
• Keep a backup. Keep the backup or recovery codes that each game platform provides, or another way to recover the account. SweepAdmin is not a replacement for a game platform's own account recovery.
• Correct setup. You confirm each key by entering its current code before it is saved. If a game platform changes or resets a key, you must replace it in SweepAdmin.

Availability and limitation

Codes are shown only while the Service is available and your subscription is active. If the Service, your internet connection, or a third-party provider is unavailable, you may be unable to see codes. SweepAdmin is not liable for being locked out of a game account, for lost access, or for any consequence of a code being unavailable, incorrect because of a wrongly entered key, or used by someone you gave access to.

11Personal information and privacy

How we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. In summary, SweepAdmin:

• Collects only what is needed to run the Service, mainly your name, email address, and profile photo from Google, plus basic sign-in and device information for security.
• Never stores your Google password or other Google credentials.
• Stores your operational data in Supabase, linked to your registered email address.
• Does not sell, rent, or share your personal data for commercial, advertising, or marketing purposes.
• Accesses your data only as needed to provide the Service, ensure compliance, or respond to valid legal process.

12Communications from SweepAdmin

By creating an account, you agree that we may contact you by the email address linked to your Google account, and by messages shown inside the app, for:

• Service communications: activation status, subscription confirmations, payment verification, and important platform notices.
• Technical notifications: security alerts, outages, maintenance, and changes that affect your use of the platform.
• Legal and compliance notices: updates to this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, or other legal documents.
• Support: replies to your requests, complaints, and questions.

We may occasionally send promotional updates. You can ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time. Essential service communications, such as payment confirmations and account status notices, cannot be turned off.

13Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute about SweepAdmin, including billing, account access, service quality, or an alleged breach of this Agreement, you agree to contact us first before taking any other legal step.

Use the contact details on the pending activation page or inside the platform, and include:

• Your registered email address and account details.
• A clear description of the issue and the outcome you want.
• Any supporting screenshots, transaction references, or other information.

We will acknowledge your complaint and make reasonable efforts to investigate and respond within a reasonable time.

14Data ownership

You keep full ownership of the data you create and manage in SweepAdmin, including company profiles, billing records, employee data, inventory, cash flow data, authenticator records, and settings ("User Data").

You grant SweepAdmin a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and use User Data only to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your business data, do not use it for our own commercial purposes, and do not share it with third parties for profit.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the data you enter. SweepAdmin does not verify billing records, calculations, or other user-generated data; it computes and presents results based entirely on what you provide.

SweepAdmin's intellectual property, including the platform's code, design, algorithms, interface, branding, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of SweepAdmin and is separate from your User Data.

We strongly encourage you to export and back up your data regularly using the export features and optional Google Drive backup. Note that authenticator setup keys are never included in exports; keep the game platforms' own recovery options.

15Inactive accounts

An account is inactive when, for an extended period determined by SweepAdmin at its reasonable discretion, there has been no active subscription, no sign-in, and no use of the Service. SweepAdmin may:

• Send a notice to your registered email address before taking action, where reasonably practicable.
• Suspend access to the account until you contact us or reactivate.
• Permanently delete the account and all associated data, including authenticators, after prolonged inactivity, in line with our retention practices and applicable law.

SweepAdmin is not liable for data lost when an inactive account is deleted. Keeping an active subscription and exporting the data you want to keep is your responsibility. To close your account voluntarily, contact us at any time.

16User generated content

"User Generated Content" means all data, records, configurations, and information you create, enter, upload, or generate through the Service. You represent and warrant that it:

• Is accurate and lawful, and does not misrepresent any business, financial, or operational information.
• Does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Contains nothing unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or in breach of this Agreement.
• Complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you.

You are solely responsible for all User Generated Content in your account. SweepAdmin does not review it for accuracy or legality and may remove or restrict content that breaches this Agreement or the law.

17Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWEEPADMIN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Service, including authenticator codes, will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or completely secure.
• Warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information, calculation, or data processed or shown by the Service, including the Quick Calculator, reports, and analytics.
• Warranties that defects will be corrected within any particular time.

SweepAdmin is a management and billing tool. It is not a licensed accounting system, financial advisor, or auditing platform. Reports and summaries are based entirely on your data and are provided for operational convenience. Do not rely on them alone for tax filings, regulatory submissions, or official financial decisions without independent verification.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to you; they apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWEEPADMIN AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of profits, revenue, business data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Damages from unauthorized access to our servers or to your personal or business data.
• Damages from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service for any reason.
• Damages from relying on any billing data, report, calculation, or analytics produced by the Service.
• Errors caused by incorrect data entered by you or your team.
• Loss of access to, or lock-out from, any game account, or misuse of authenticator codes by anyone you gave access to.
• Third-party failures, including Supabase, Vercel, Google OAuth, or Google Drive outages.
• Losses from cryptocurrency payment failures, wrong wallet addresses, missing memo or remark fields, or network issues.

This applies whatever the legal theory of the claim, and even if SweepAdmin was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Cap on liability. SweepAdmin's total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the subscription fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.

19Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SweepAdmin and its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of this Agreement or of any law.
• Your use or misuse of the Service, including any data you enter, generate, or export.
• Your User Generated Content, including any claim that it infringes a third party's rights.
• Your use of authenticator codes, including access to game accounts by you or anyone you authorized.
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality.
• Any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct by you in connection with the Service.
• Any dispute between you and a third party arising from your use of the Service.

SweepAdmin may take exclusive control of the defense of any matter you must indemnify. You agree to cooperate fully and not to settle any such claim without our prior written consent.

20Governing law and disputes

Governing law. These Terms and any dispute about them or the Service are governed by generally accepted principles of law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

1. Informal resolution (required first). Before starting any formal proceeding, send us a written description of the dispute, the relief you want, and your contact details. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve it within thirty (30) calendar days.
2. Formal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it will be resolved by binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not legally available, by the courts of competent jurisdiction. Proceedings will be in English, and the decision will be final and binding.

Class action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis, not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.

Time limit. Any claim must be started within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

21Force majeure

SweepAdmin is not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fires, or severe weather.
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions, restrictions, or orders.
• Power outages, internet disruptions, or telecommunications failures.
• Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, or other malicious actions against us or our providers.
• Outages of Supabase, Vercel, Google services, or other third-party services we depend on.
• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies.
• Any other event treated as force majeure under applicable law.

We will take commercially reasonable steps to restore normal operation as soon as practicable and notify affected users where feasible. Force majeure does not cancel payments that were due before the event.

22Suspension and termination

SweepAdmin may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, including for:

• Breach of this Agreement or of any law.
• Any prohibited activity described in this Agreement.
• Fraudulent or materially false information.
• Conduct that risks the security, integrity, or reputation of the Service or other users.
• A valid legal order, government mandate, or law enforcement request.
• Non-payment or an expired subscription.
• Extended inactivity, after reasonable notice where feasible.

Suspension is a temporary restriction, for example while we investigate; your data may be kept during it. Termination permanently removes your account; your right to use the Service ends immediately and your data, including authenticators, may be deleted in line with our retention practices and the law.

Closing your account. You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing it does not entitle you to a refund, and does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before closure.

23Changes to these Terms

SweepAdmin may change, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, including to reflect changes in the Service, the law, payment methods, third-party integrations, or our business practices. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to tell you through one or more of:

• A notice in the app when you next sign in.
• An email to the address linked to your account.
• An updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Acceptance of changes. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, your only remedy is to stop using the Service and request account deletion.

We may also change, add, remove, or restructure any feature at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We recommend bookmarking sweepadmin.com/terms and reviewing it from time to time.

24General provisions

Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices published by SweepAdmin are the entire agreement between you and SweepAdmin about the Service and replace all earlier agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be changed to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the rest of the Terms remain in full effect.

Waiver. Not enforcing a right or provision is not a waiver of it. A waiver is effective only in writing.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. SweepAdmin may assign its rights and obligations freely, including as part of a business transfer, merger, or restructuring.

No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms are for you and SweepAdmin only and create no rights for anyone else.

Language. These Terms are written in English, which governs their interpretation. Translations are for convenience only and are not legally binding.

Contact. For questions, concerns, or legal notices, use the contact details provided on the pending activation page or inside the SweepAdmin platform.

P1Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how SweepAdmin ("we," "us," or "our"), operated at sweepadmin.com, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our gaming venue management platform (the "Service").

It applies to all users of the Service, including owners (administrators), cashiers and employees, and anyone whose information is processed in connection with a SweepAdmin account.

By signing up for or using SweepAdmin, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and agree to the practices it describes. It forms part of our Terms of Use.

P2Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide and improve the Service.

From Google sign-in

When you sign in with Google, Google gives us your email address, display name, and profile photo address. We use these to identify your account. We never receive or store your Google password or other Google credentials.

Business data you create

Everything you create in SweepAdmin, including company profiles, billing records, Master Inventory, cashier and employee details, shifts and salaries, cash flow entries, invoice settings, and preferences, is stored in our Supabase database and linked to your registered email address.

Authenticator Codes

For each authenticator you add, we store the game, the game username, the account level, the code settings (such as the number of digits and the time period), and the setup key. The setup key is stored encrypted. The 6-digit codes are generated on the server when you view them and are not stored.

Sign-in and device information

When you sign in, we record the time, your IP address, and your browser and device type (user agent), and whether the IP address is new for your account. We use this to protect your account and detect unusual sign-ins. We may also collect basic technical data, such as browser, device, and operating system, to keep the Service reliable and secure. This is never used for advertising.

Activity records

The Data Edit Log records certain actions taken in your organization, such as cashier edits and changes to authenticators, with who made them and when. It never contains authenticator keys or codes.

Payment information

We do not collect or process financial credentials, bank details, or cryptocurrency private keys. Payments go directly from your wallet to ours. We only record the email address you put in the payment remark or memo so we can match the payment to your account.

P3How we use your information

We use the information we collect only to:

• Identify and sign you in: verify your identity, create and maintain your account, and link your data to your email address.
• Provide the Service: run billing, inventory, analytics, cashier management, authenticator codes, backups, and every other feature.
• Verify payments: match cryptocurrency payments to your account and activate or extend your subscription.
• Support you: respond to your questions, complaints, and requests.
• Keep you informed: send notices about your account, subscription, service changes, and updates to our policies, by email or inside the app.
• Protect the Service: detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; enforce our Terms; and meet legal obligations.
• Improve the Service: understand how features are used, in an anonymized and aggregated way.

We do not use your personal data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or anything unrelated to running the Service.

P4Data storage and security

Your account data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and isolation between accounts. The app is hosted on Vercel.

SweepAdmin and its authorized personnel can access the data associated with your account where needed to provide and support the Service, troubleshoot problems, and ensure compliance with our Terms. We do not access your data arbitrarily or for unrelated purposes.

Our safeguards include:

• HTTPS and TLS encryption for all data between your browser and the Service.
• Row-level security rules in the database so each organization's data is kept separate.
• Server-side permission checks, so a cashier can only reach what the owner has allowed, even if they try to contact the server directly.
• Google OAuth for sign-in, so we never handle your password.
• Internal access controls that limit data access to authorized personnel.
• An optional Action PIN for destructive actions, and the Data Edit Log for reviewing changes.

No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. We use industry-standard safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for the security of your Google account, which controls access to SweepAdmin.

P5Sharing of information

SweepAdmin does not sell, rent, trade, or commercially share your personal or business data with anyone. We share information only in these cases:

• Legal obligation: when required by law, court order, regulator, or other valid legal process. We disclose only what is legally required and will try to notify you unless the law prevents it.
• Infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and server functions), Vercel (hosting), and Google (sign-in) process data only as needed to run the Service and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. They are not data-sharing partners.
• Google Drive (optional): if you use Drive backup, the backup file is saved in your own Google Drive. Authenticator setup keys are never included in backups or exports.
• Within your organization: the owner can see the organization's data and the Data Edit Log. Cashiers see only what the owner's permissions allow.
• Business transfer: if SweepAdmin is merged, acquired, or sells its assets, your data may transfer to the new owner. We will notify you through available channels.

P6Cookies, browser storage, and device permissions

SweepAdmin does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The only analytics are visit statistics, described below. We use your browser's storage only to make the app work and feel fast:

• Sign-in session: keeps you signed in between visits.
• Preferences: settings such as display options, advanced settings, and the order you choose for menu buttons and authenticator cards. These stay on that device and browser.
• Fast start-up cache: a temporary copy of your business data (such as companies, bills, and inventory) is kept in your browser for up to 4 hours so the app opens quickly, then refreshed from the server. On a shared computer, sign out and clear site data when you finish.
• Offline app files: the installable app stores its own program files so it loads quickly and works on poor connections.

Some things are deliberately not stored on your device: authenticator setup keys and codes, and Quick Calculator history, which exists only while the page is open and is cleared when you close the browser.

Camera. If you choose Use Camera to scan a game's QR code, your browser asks for permission first. The camera image is read on your device to find the QR code and is never uploaded or saved. Uploaded QR images are also read on your device. You can turn camera access off at any time in your browser or device settings.

Website and app analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and app screens are used, on sweepadmin.com and in the installed app. It records the page address without any query or sign-in details, a generic screen name inside the app (for example "Company Billing"), the page title, and general device, browser, and approximate location information from Google. Your email, name, user ID, company names, bills, usernames, and other business data are never sent to it. Advertising features and Google Signals are turned off. Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies (named _ga) for this. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, analytics does not run; you can also use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Google may set cookies during sign-in, which are covered by Google's Privacy Policy. You can clear SweepAdmin's stored data at any time by clearing your browser's site data; this signs you out and resets your preferences.

P7Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service:

• Account and business records are kept during your subscription and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can reactivate.
• Data Edit Log entries are kept for a short period (currently 3 days) and then deleted.
• Sign-in records are kept as long as needed for account security.
• Authenticator keys are deleted immediately when you remove or replace an authenticator.
• When an account is permanently deleted, at your request or because of inactivity, we delete its data within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Some data may be kept longer where the law requires it, for example for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

P8Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access: know what personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
• Correction: have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected.
• Deletion: have your personal data and account deleted, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Portability: export your business data at any time with SweepAdmin's export features.
• Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to applicable law.
• Withdraw consent: stop using the Service and request account deletion. You can also withdraw camera permission at any time in your browser settings.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details in the platform. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

P9Children's privacy

SweepAdmin is a business platform for adults who are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If we learn that we have collected personal data from someone under 18 without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly. If you believe this has happened, please contact us immediately.

P10Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Service, the law, or our practices. For material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app.

Continuing to use SweepAdmin after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and request account deletion. The current version is always available at sweepadmin.com/terms.
