Terms of Use

Effective: June 2026 Last Updated: June 7, 2026 Applies to All Users
Signing Up Constitutes Full Acceptance

SweepAdmin does not present a separate checkbox or "I Accept" button. By creating an account or signing in with your Google account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy in their entirety.

§ 01

What This Agreement Is About Purpose and scope of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SweepAdmin ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), the operator of sweepadmin.com and its associated services.

This Agreement governs your access to and use of the SweepAdmin web application, including all features, tools, analytics, billing systems, account management functions, data storage integrations, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

SweepAdmin is a cloud-based billing, analytics, and operations management platform designed for gaming venue businesses — including gaming arcades, gaming lounges, esports cafes, and similar points-based gaming operations. The platform enables operators to manage company profiles, employee and cashier accounts, billing records, inventory, cash flow, and real-time analytics.

If you are using SweepAdmin on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. References to "you" in such cases apply to both the individual and the organization.

§ 02

Acceptance of the Agreement How you agree by signing up

SweepAdmin does not present a checkbox, popup prompt, or explicit "I Accept" button during the sign-up or sign-in process. Your act of signing up for an account using your Google account — or signing in thereafter — is your legally binding acceptance of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

The moment you authenticate via Google OAuth and your account is created or accessed on SweepAdmin, we recognize your acceptance of this Agreement in full. This is a standard and legally recognized form of assent widely used by digital and SaaS platforms.

By accepting this Agreement, you also confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • You have read and understood both these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • If acting on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization.

We encourage you to save or print a copy of these Terms. The current version will always be accessible at sweepadmin.com/terms. If you have questions before signing up, please contact us first.

§ 03

Description of Service What SweepAdmin provides

SweepAdmin is a subscription-based, cloud-hosted business management platform for gaming venues. The Service provides the following core capabilities:

  • Registration and management of multiple company profiles under a single administrator account.
  • A full account-level hierarchy — Agent, Supermaster, Master, Distributor, Subdistributor, Store, and Player — with ordered points logic and role-based access controls.
  • Cashier and employee account management with shift tracking, salary calculation, and role-based permissions.
  • Billing generation, transaction records, credit management, and cash flow tracking for gaming operations.
  • Real-time analytics dashboard with revenue trends, profit and loss summaries, and operational insights.
  • Data export and import, including optional Google Drive backup and restore functionality.
  • Secure cloud storage via Supabase for all data associated with your account.

SweepAdmin reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or restructure any feature of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, as described further in Section 23.

§ 04

User Sign-Up Obligations What you agree to when registering

When you sign up for SweepAdmin using your Google account, you agree to the following obligations:

  • You will provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your business during any onboarding or configuration process.
  • You will keep your account credentials and authentication tokens secure and confidential.
  • You will not share your account access with unauthorized individuals.
  • You will promptly notify SweepAdmin if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
  • You will not register multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans placed on a prior account.
  • You will ensure all activities conducted under your account comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws.

SweepAdmin uses Google OAuth for authentication. We do not collect, store, or have access to your Google account password or any other Google credentials. We only receive a secure authentication token and basic profile information (name, email address, and profile photo) that Google provides upon your consent. This is used solely to identify your account on SweepAdmin.

We reserve the right to reject any registration, suspend, or remove any account at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect misuse, false information, or a violation of this Agreement.

§ 05

Restriction of Use Permitted and prohibited conduct

Your use of SweepAdmin is limited to its intended purpose as a gaming venue management and billing platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

Unauthorized Access & System Integrity
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, databases, or the accounts of other users.
  • Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with any security features, authentication mechanisms, or access controls.
  • Using any automated tool, bot, script, scraper, or crawler to access or interact with the Service without prior written authorization.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
  • Introducing any virus, malware, ransomware, or other malicious code into the Service.
  • Conducting penetration testing or security research without prior written authorization from SweepAdmin.
Misuse of the Platform
  • Using the Service for any purpose other than legitimate gaming venue management, billing, and analytics.
  • Generating false or fabricated billing records for financial fraud, tax evasion, or any dishonest scheme.
  • Accessing, altering, deleting, or tampering with the data of any other user or organization within the Service.
  • Sublicensing, reselling, renting, or commercially exploiting the Service without our written consent.
  • Removing or obscuring any copyright notice or proprietary rights notices within the Service.
  • Overburdening or disrupting the Service's infrastructure through denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests.

Violation of any restriction may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

§ 06

Spamming and Illegal Activities Prohibited communications and unlawful conduct

You agree that you will not use SweepAdmin or any communication channel associated with the platform to:

  • Send unsolicited communications, spam, phishing messages, or promotional materials to any person.
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-spam, telecommunications, or electronic communications laws.
  • Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive under any applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Engage in money laundering, financial manipulation, or any activity that violates anti-corruption or anti-bribery laws.
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, defame, or otherwise harm any user, employee, or representative of SweepAdmin.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization.
  • Upload, store, or transmit content that is hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful or offensive.
  • Use the Service in any manner that gives rise to civil or criminal liability for SweepAdmin or any third party.

Any such activity is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination, reporting to law enforcement, and legal proceedings.

§ 07

Third-Party Services Integrations and external dependencies

SweepAdmin integrates with certain third-party services to deliver its functionality. By signing up for SweepAdmin, you automatically acknowledge and agree to the terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party services to the extent they apply to your use.

Google OAuth

Used for all sign-in and authentication. Google verifies your identity and provides SweepAdmin with a secure token, your email address, name, and profile photo.

Supabase

Used as the cloud database backend. All data you create and manage on SweepAdmin is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.

Google Drive

Used optionally for data backup and restore only. This integration is activated solely if you explicitly choose to connect your Google Drive for backup purposes.

SweepAdmin may, in the future, integrate additional third-party services or features without prior notice to existing users. Your continued use of the Service after such integrations are added constitutes your acceptance of the relevant third-party terms. We will reflect significant integrations in our documentation at sweepadmin.com/terms when implemented.

SweepAdmin is not responsible for the availability, reliability, data practices, or conduct of any third-party service. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by those services' own terms and privacy policies, and SweepAdmin bears no liability for third-party failures, outages, or policy changes that affect the Service.

§ 08

Fees and Payment Subscriptions, crypto payments, and billing

SweepAdmin is a subscription-based service. Access to the platform requires payment of the applicable subscription fee. Subscription plans are available for various durations. There is no automatic renewal — your subscription will not be renewed without an active payment from you.

Accepted Payment Methods

SweepAdmin currently accepts cryptocurrency payments only. We do not process direct card or bank payments through the website. After sign-up, the pending activation page will display your account status and the wallet addresses to send payment to.

Method Network Notes
USDT Tron (TRC20) Lower network fees. Recommended for most users.
USDT Ethereum (ERC20) Higher network fees may apply.
BTC Bitcoin Bitcoin network. Fees and confirmation times vary.

Payment Identification: When making a payment, you are requested to include your registered email address in the transaction's remark or memo field so that our team can verify and associate the payment with your account. If your wallet or chosen network does not support remarks or memo fields, you must contact us directly via the contact information provided on the pending activation page.

User Responsibility for Fees: All network fees, transaction fees, gas fees, taxes, or any other charges not constituting the subscription price set by SweepAdmin are solely your responsibility. Only the subscription amount set by SweepAdmin constitutes revenue to us. You must ensure the full subscription amount reaches our wallet after all applicable charges are deducted.

Future Payment Methods

SweepAdmin does not currently support direct third-party payment mediators on the website. In the future, third-party payment methods may be added or removed with or without prior notice to existing users. Changes to payment methods will be reflected on the platform when implemented.

Taxes: In the event any tax such as GST, VAT, sales tax, or similar charges are applicable to your subscription under local, state, provincial, or foreign laws, SweepAdmin will invoice you for such taxes. You agree to pay SweepAdmin such taxes in addition to the applicable subscription fees.

Non-Refundable: All payments made to SweepAdmin are non-refundable unless otherwise determined at SweepAdmin's sole discretion. Please review the subscription terms carefully before making payment.

Free Trial

SweepAdmin does not offer a free trial as a standard part of registration. Free trial access is granted only during special marketing campaigns or upon special individual request. To request a trial, you must contact SweepAdmin directly through the provided contact channels. Trial terms and duration are communicated at the time of the specific offer. SweepAdmin reserves the right to refuse, modify, or end any free trial offer at any time.

§ 09

Organization Accounts and Administrators Roles, responsibilities, and access management

When you sign up for an account for your organization, the account you registered and paid for becomes the administrator account for your organization within SweepAdmin. The administrator account sits at the top of the operational hierarchy and has the broadest access to the platform's features.

As the administrator, you have the right to configure the Service based on your organization's requirements and to manage end users — including employee and cashier accounts — from within the administrator account. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of your organization's account credentials and authentication methods.
  • Appointing competent individuals as administrators or cashiers and managing their access levels appropriately.
  • Ensuring that all activities occurring in connection with your organization's account comply fully with this Agreement and all applicable laws.
  • Taking all necessary steps to ensure that your organization does not lose control of administrator accounts.

You understand that SweepAdmin is not responsible for account administration or the internal management of the Service on your behalf. SweepAdmin provides the platform tools; how your organization uses and manages those tools is entirely your responsibility.

You agree not to hold SweepAdmin liable for the consequences of any action taken by SweepAdmin in good faith based on instructions, requests, or information provided by your account or any person acting under it.

§ 10

Personal Information and Privacy How your data is collected and protected

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms an integral part of it. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, SweepAdmin:

  • Collects only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Service — primarily your email address, name, and profile photo obtained via Google OAuth.
  • Does not store your Google account password or any other Google credentials on our servers.
  • Stores your operational data securely in Supabase cloud infrastructure, associated with your registered email address.
  • Does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial, advertising, or marketing purposes.
  • May access your data only as necessary to provide the Service, ensure compliance, or respond to valid legal processes.

Please read our Privacy Policy carefully for full details.

§ 11

Communications from SweepAdmin How we may contact you

By creating an account with SweepAdmin, you agree that we may communicate with you via the email address associated with your Google account for the following purposes:

  • Service communications: Account activation status updates, subscription confirmations, payment verifications, and important platform notices.
  • Technical notifications: Security alerts, service outages, maintenance notices, or changes that may affect your use of the platform.
  • Legal and compliance notices: Updates to this Agreement, Privacy Policy, or other legal documents.
  • Support correspondence: Responses to requests, complaints, or inquiries you submit to us.

We may also communicate promotional updates from time to time. You may request to opt out of non-essential communications by contacting us. You cannot opt out of essential service communications such as payment confirmations or account status notifications.

§ 12

Complaints How to raise concerns with us

If you have any complaint, concern, or dispute arising out of your use of SweepAdmin — including billing issues, account access problems, service quality, or alleged violations of this Agreement — you agree to first contact us directly before pursuing any other legal avenue.

To submit a complaint, please reach out through the contact information provided on the pending activation page or within the SweepAdmin platform. Please include:

  • Your registered email address and account details.
  • A clear description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking.
  • Any supporting information, screenshots, or transaction references relevant to your complaint.

SweepAdmin will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and make reasonable efforts to investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

§ 13

Data Ownership Who owns the data you create

You retain full ownership of all data you create, input, and manage within SweepAdmin. This includes company profiles, billing records, employee data, operational configurations, cash flow data, and any other information stored in your account ("User Data").

By using the Service, you grant SweepAdmin a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership over your business data and do not use it for our own commercial purposes or share it with third parties for profit.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data you input. SweepAdmin does not independently verify billing records, financial calculations, or any other user-generated data. The platform computes and presents results based entirely on the data you provide.

SweepAdmin's intellectual property — including the platform's code, design, algorithms, UI, branding, and documentation — remains the exclusive property of SweepAdmin and is separate from your User Data.

We strongly encourage you to regularly export and back up your data using SweepAdmin's export features and optional Google Drive backup functionality to maintain independent copies of your business records.

§ 14

Inactive User Account Policy Accounts with no active subscription or access

An account is considered inactive when there has been no active subscription, no login activity, and no recorded use of the Service for an extended period as determined by SweepAdmin at its reasonable discretion.

SweepAdmin reserves the right to:

  • Send a notification to your registered email address prior to taking any action, where reasonably practicable.
  • Suspend access to the account pending contact or reactivation.
  • Permanently delete the account and all associated data after a prolonged period of inactivity, in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law.

SweepAdmin shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from the deletion of an inactive account. It is your responsibility to maintain an active subscription and to export and preserve any data you wish to retain.

To voluntarily close your account at any time, please contact SweepAdmin directly.

§ 15

User Generated Content Content and data you create on the platform

"User Generated Content" refers to all data, records, configurations, and information that you create, input, upload, or generate through the Service, including company profiles, billing records, employee records, point configurations, and any other operational data.

You represent and warrant that all User Generated Content you submit:

  • Is accurate, lawful, and does not misrepresent any business, financial, or operational information.
  • Does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
  • Does not contain any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or in violation of this Agreement.
  • Complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for all User Generated Content associated with your account. SweepAdmin does not independently review or verify the accuracy or legality of your content and reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates this Agreement or applicable law.

§ 16

Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided "as is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SWEEPADMIN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or completely secure at all times.
  • Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information or data processed or displayed by the Service.
  • Warranties that defects or errors in the Service will be corrected within any particular timeframe.

SweepAdmin is a management and billing tool. It is not a licensed accounting system, financial advisor, or auditing platform. Reports and financial summaries generated by SweepAdmin are based entirely on the data you input and are provided for operational convenience only. Do not rely solely on SweepAdmin-generated data for formal tax filings, regulatory submissions, or official financial determinations without independent verification.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. If you reside in such a jurisdiction, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you, but they shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

§ 17

Limitation of Liability The extent of our legal responsibility

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SWEEPADMIN AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, business data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal or business data.
  • Damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service for any reason.
  • Damages arising from your reliance on any billing data, report, calculation, or analytics produced by the Service.
  • Damages resulting from errors or omissions caused by incorrect data input by you or your team.
  • Damages arising from third-party service failures, including Supabase, Google OAuth, or Google Drive outages.
  • Losses arising from cryptocurrency payment failures, incorrect wallet addresses, missing memo or remark fields, or network-related payment issues.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are claimed and even if SweepAdmin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Cap on Liability: SweepAdmin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you to SweepAdmin in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is greater.

§ 18

Indemnification Your obligation to protect SweepAdmin

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SweepAdmin and its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of any provision of this Agreement or any applicable law.
  • Your use or misuse of the Service, including any data you input, generate, or export.
  • Your User Generated Content, including any claim that it infringes upon the rights of any third party.
  • Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality obligations.
  • Any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct by you in connection with the Service.
  • Any dispute between you and any third party arising from your use of the Service.

SweepAdmin reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully and not to settle any such claim without our prior written consent.

§ 19

Governing Laws and Jurisdiction Legal framework and dispute resolution

Governing Law. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of law, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.

Step 1 — Informal Resolution (Mandatory First Step)

Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to contact SweepAdmin in good faith with a written description of the dispute, the relief you are seeking, and your contact details. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter informally within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving your notice. This step is a mandatory prerequisite to any formal legal proceeding.

Step 2 — Formal Dispute Resolution

If the dispute is not resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not legally available, through the courts of competent jurisdiction. The language of proceedings shall be English. The decision reached shall be final and binding on both parties.

Class Action Waiver. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.

Limitation Period. Any claim or cause of action arising out of your use of the Service or these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Claims not brought within this period are permanently barred.

§ 20

Force Majeure Events beyond our reasonable control

SweepAdmin shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fires, or severe weather events.
  • Acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or governmental actions, restrictions, or orders.
  • Power outages, internet disruptions, or telecommunications failures.
  • Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, or other malicious third-party actions against our infrastructure or service providers' infrastructure.
  • Outages or disruptions to Supabase, GitHub Pages, Google services, or other third-party services we depend upon.
  • Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies.
  • Any other event constituting force majeure under applicable law.

In the event of a force majeure, we will take all commercially reasonable steps to resume normal operations as promptly as practicable and will notify affected users through available channels where feasible. Force majeure events shall not relieve you of any payment obligations that became due prior to the event.

§ 21

Suspension and Termination When and how access may be ended

SweepAdmin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of any provision of this Agreement or any applicable law.
  • Engaging in any prohibited activity described in this Agreement.
  • Submission of fraudulent or materially false information.
  • Conduct that poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the Service or other users.
  • Receipt of a valid legal order, governmental mandate, or law enforcement request.
  • Non-payment or lapse of subscription.
  • Extended inactivity following reasonable advance notice where feasible.
Suspension vs. Termination

A suspension is a temporary restriction pending investigation. Your data may be retained during a suspension. A termination is a permanent removal of your account. Upon termination, your license to use the Service is immediately revoked, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law.

Voluntary Termination. You may close your account at any time by contacting SweepAdmin directly. Voluntary account closure does not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees already paid. Termination does not relieve you of obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

§ 22

Modification of Terms of Service How and when this Agreement may be updated

SweepAdmin reserves the right to modify, update, revise, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, payment methods, third-party integrations, or business practices.

When material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through one or more of the following methods:

  • A notice displayed within the SweepAdmin platform upon your next sign-in.
  • An email notification sent to the address associated with your account.
  • An updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Deemed Acceptance. Your continued use of the Service after any modification takes effect constitutes your full acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service and request account deletion.

We also reserve the right to modify, add, remove, or restructure any feature or functionality of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, and without liability to you.

We recommend bookmarking sweepadmin.com/terms and reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent change was made.

§ 23

End of Terms of Service General provisions and closing statements

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by SweepAdmin, constitute the entire agreement between you and SweepAdmin concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed from the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing to be effective.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. SweepAdmin may freely assign its rights and obligations — including in connection with any business transfer, merger, or restructuring — without restriction.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. These Terms are for the benefit of you and SweepAdmin only. Nothing herein creates any rights enforceable by any third party.

Language. These Terms are drafted in English, which shall govern for all interpretive purposes. Any translation provided is for convenience only and shall not be legally binding.

Contact. For questions, concerns, or legal notices, please contact us through the contact information provided within the SweepAdmin platform.

Privacy Policy

Effective: June 2026 Last Updated: June 7, 2026 sweepadmin.com
Your Privacy Matters to Us

SweepAdmin does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We only collect what is necessary to operate the Service and only disclose data when legally required to do so.

§ P1

Introduction Who we are and what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy describes how SweepAdmin ("we," "us," or "our"), operated at sweepadmin.com, collects, uses, stores, and protects information about you when you use our gaming venue management platform (the "Service").

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Service, including administrators, employees (cashier accounts), and any individual whose information is processed in connection with a SweepAdmin account.

By signing up for or using SweepAdmin, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the data practices described herein. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use and forms part of the same legal agreement.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, please contact us through the contact information available on the SweepAdmin platform.

§ P2

Information We Collect What data SweepAdmin receives and stores

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Information from Google OAuth (Provided at Sign-In)

When you sign in using Google OAuth, Google provides us with your email address, display name, and profile photo URL. We use this to identify your account and associate your data with your Google account. We do not receive, store, or have access to your Google account password or any other Google credentials.

Operational Data You Create

All data you create and manage within SweepAdmin — including company profiles, billing records, employee and cashier account information, point configurations, cash flow entries, and operational settings — is stored in our Supabase database and is associated with your registered email address.

Usage and Technical Data

We may collect basic technical data about how you access and use the Service, such as browser type, device type, operating system, and IP address. This data is used to maintain service reliability, security, and performance and is not linked to your personally identifiable information for marketing purposes.

Payment-Related Information

SweepAdmin does not collect or process your financial credentials, bank account details, or cryptocurrency private keys. Payments are made directly from your wallet to ours. We only record your email address (as provided in payment remarks or memos) for the purpose of verifying and associating your subscription payment with your account.

§ P3

How We Use Your Information The purposes for which we process your data

SweepAdmin uses the information we collect exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Account identification and authentication: To verify your identity, create and maintain your account, and associate your data with your registered email address.
  • Service delivery: To provide, operate, and maintain all features of the SweepAdmin platform, including billing, analytics, employee management, and data storage.
  • Payment verification: To verify subscription payments received via cryptocurrency and activate or maintain your account accordingly.
  • Customer support: To respond to your inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
  • Service communications: To send you important notices regarding your account, subscription status, service updates, and changes to this policy or our Terms.
  • Security and compliance: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; to enforce our Terms; and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
  • Service improvement: To understand how the Service is used and to improve platform performance and features in an anonymized, aggregated manner.

We do not use your personal data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the operation of the Service.

§ P4

Data Storage and Security Where your data lives and how it is protected

All user data associated with your SweepAdmin account is stored in Supabase, a cloud database platform providing enterprise-grade infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and data isolation between accounts.

SweepAdmin and its authorized personnel have access to the data stored in the database that is associated with your account. This access is necessary to provide and support the Service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with this Agreement. We do not access your data arbitrarily or for purposes unrelated to operating the Service.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • HTTPS and TLS encryption for all data in transit between your browser and the Service.
  • Row-level security (RLS) policies on Supabase to enforce user-level data isolation.
  • Google OAuth for secure, credential-free authentication.
  • Internal access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we implement industry-standard safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account, which controls access to SweepAdmin.

§ P5

Sharing of Information We do not sell or commercially share your data

SweepAdmin does not sell, rent, trade, or commercially share your personal data or operational data with any third party.

The only circumstances under which we may share your information are:

  • Legal obligation: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, regulatory authority, or other valid legal process. We will disclose only what is legally required and will take reasonable steps to notify you unless prohibited by law from doing so.
  • Service providers (infrastructure only): Your data is stored on Supabase and authenticated via Google OAuth. These are infrastructure providers, not data-sharing partners. They process your data only as necessary to provide the platform's functionality and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
  • Google Drive (optional): If you choose to use the Google Drive backup feature, your SweepAdmin data backup file is stored in your own personal Google Drive account. This is your data in your own storage — SweepAdmin does not share your data with Google beyond what is necessary for the optional Drive backup functionality you initiate.
  • Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of SweepAdmin's assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity. You will be notified of any such transfer through available channels.

§ P6

Cookies and Local Storage How we maintain your session and preferences

SweepAdmin may use browser-based storage mechanisms — such as localStorage or session tokens — to maintain your authenticated session and preserve your in-app preferences between visits (such as selected company, display settings, and UI state). These are stored locally in your browser and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

SweepAdmin does not currently deploy third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking technologies. Google OAuth may set cookies as part of the authentication process; these are governed by Google's own Privacy Policy.

You may clear locally stored data at any time by clearing your browser's cookies and local storage. This will log you out of SweepAdmin and reset any locally stored preferences.

§ P7

Data Retention How long we keep your data

  • Some data may be retained for longer periods where required by law, such as for tax, accounting, or legal compliance purposes.

We do not retain personal data beyond what is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.
